As a trained professional doula, it is my priority and goal to ensure that you and your partner are fully supported physically and mentally throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, and breastfeeding. It is my job to ensure that your voice is heard, and your wishes and needs are met while maintaining the safety and support needed for you, baby, and your family.

Whether you are planning a unmedicated, medicated, VBAC, or cesarean birth I would love to help support you and your family. I provide a range of support services including prenatal visits, birthing guidance, and postpartum support. Prenatal support gives me the opportunity to get to know you and learn more about your previous birthing experiences (if you have them) and what type of support you would like me to provide. Through birthing guidance, I are able to offer you unwavering support before, during, and after birth. I will keep in close contact in order to routinely check how you are doing and step in with anything you may need. Through the form of postpartum support, I am able to ensure that your family has access to the best information and care as possible to ensure a smooth and peaceful transition back into your home.

Here’s what you get with a Doula package:

• Initial Consultation - an opportunity for us to get to know each other.

• Soft on call coverage from date of signed contract until 38 weeks.

• 24/7 on call coverage by your doula from 38 weeks until delivery - day or night.

• Labor & Delivery support (12 hours included with additional hours charged separately).

• 1 prenatal appointment to design your birth plan with your doula.

• 1 postpartum support visit within 10 days of birth to ensure a smooth transition home.
