As a trained labor doula, my top priority is to ensure that you and your partner feel fully supported—physically, emotionally, and mentally—throughout your pregnancy and especially during labor and birth. My role is to advocate for your birth preferences, offer comfort techniques, and provide continuous support every step of the way. From early labor to delivery, I’m here to help you feel confident, empowered, and heard—so you can focus on bringing your baby into the world with strength and support by your side.

Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, a VBAC, or a planned cesarean, I’m here to support you through it all. My role as your labor doula is to walk alongside you and your partner through pregnancy and birth with calm, confident, and compassionate care. Our prenatal visits allow me to learn about your birth preferences, previous experiences, and the kind of support that will help you feel empowered and prepared. During labor, I offer continuous physical, emotional, and informational support—helping you stay grounded, comfortable, and in control, no matter how your birth unfolds. I stay closely connected in the weeks leading up to your birth, checking in regularly and being available when you need reassurance or guidance. My goal is to be a steady, familiar presence when the big day arrives. We provide labor and delivery services, as well as, a new overnight focused postpartum support plan.

Here’s what you get with a labor package:

• Initial Consultation - an opportunity for us to get to know each other.

• Soft on call coverage from date of signed contract until 38 weeks.

• 24/7 on call coverage by your doula from 38 weeks until delivery - day or night.

• Labor & Delivery support (12 hours included with additional hours charged separately).

• Up to 2 prenatal appointments to design your birth plan with your doula.

• (1) 3-hour postpartum support visit within 10 days of birth to ensure a smooth transition home. (optional)
